Let’s Talk
01 How long does it take to build a website?

Most standard business websites are completed within approximately two to four weeks after we receive your content, images, business information, and project questionnaire. Larger websites, online stores, and custom projects may take longer depending on the number of pages and features.

02 What do I need to provide before the project begins?

We will send you a simple project questionnaire. You will provide information about your business, services, contact information, preferred colors, logo, written content, and any images you want included. Do not worry if you are unsure about something—we will guide you through the process.

03 Do I have to know anything about websites?

No. You do not need any technical experience. We explain the process in normal language, help you organize what is needed, and handle the website-building side for you.

04 Is hosting included in the website package?

Website hosting and domain registration are not included in the website package because we believe you should own your website from day one. You will purchase these services directly through your preferred provider, ensuring you always have complete ownership and control. We will recommend an appropriate hosting plan and guide you through the setup and connection process at no additional charge.

05 How much do hosting and a domain typically cost?

Most clients spend approximately $10–$25 per year for a domain name and $10–$30 per month for website hosting. These services are paid directly to your provider. Pricing can vary by company, plan, introductory promotion, renewal rate, and website requirements.

06 Can you help me purchase or connect my domain?

Yes. Whether you need to purchase a new domain or connect one you already own, we can help make sure it points to the correct website when your project is ready to launch.

07 Will I own my website after it is completed?

Yes. You own your domain, your hosting account, and your completed website. We never lock clients into our platform or retain ownership of their website. Once your project is complete and paid in full, everything belongs to you.

08 How many revisions are included?

Every package includes a revision period so you can review the website and request reasonable changes before launch. The exact revision allowance will be explained clearly in your proposal before the project begins.

09 Can you redesign an existing website?

Yes. We can refresh an outdated website, improve the layout, reorganize the content, update the visual style, and make the site easier to use on desktop and mobile devices.

10 Can you build an online store?

Yes. We can build online stores with product pages, checkout, payment processing, shipping settings, customer emails, and other e-commerce features. Store pricing begins at $1,500 and depends on the number of products and the complexity of the project.

11 Do online stores have additional monthly costs?

If your online store is built on Shopify, Shopify charges its own monthly subscription directly to you. Some stores may also require paid apps, premium themes, payment-processing fees, or other third-party services. We will explain any expected ongoing costs before your project begins.

12 Can you add booking, forms, payments, or other features?

Yes. We can add appointment booking, calendars, contact forms, applications, payments, deposits, donation tools, searchable directories, maps, galleries, member areas, and other custom features. Advanced features may require an additional quoted cost.

13 Are there any hidden costs?

We believe in complete transparency. Before any work begins, you will receive a clear proposal outlining exactly what is included in your project. Third-party costs—such as domain registration, website hosting, Shopify subscriptions when applicable, premium plugins or apps, and payment-processing fees—are discussed upfront. There are no surprise charges.

14 Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?

Payment terms will be listed in your proposal. Depending on the package and project size, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due according to the agreed project schedule.

15 Will my website work on phones and tablets?

Yes. Every website is designed to work across desktop computers, tablets, and mobile phones. We pay close attention to readability, navigation, buttons, forms, and overall mobile usability.

16 Can you help with website wording or images?

We can help organize and improve the wording you provide and guide you on the types of images that will work best. Full copywriting, professional photography, custom illustration, or specialty image licensing may require an additional quote.

17 What happens after the website launches?

Once the website is approved, we connect it to your domain and complete the launch. You receive your website login information and ownership access. Ongoing edits, maintenance, or additional improvements can be discussed separately when needed.

NO PRESSURE. NO CONFUSION.
